Why we started Sustar Properties
We were born and raised in the Charlotte area. We started Sustar Properties because we kept meeting homeowners stuck with a house that didn't fit their life anymore — one that needed too much work, came through an inheritance, or just had to be sold faster than a listing allows.
We bought our first house in 2018 as young investors, and we've grown up in and around the Charlotte real estate market ever since. This isn't a side project for us. It's our purpose, and we genuinely enjoy helping sellers find a way forward that works for them.
We're not a hedge fund or a national franchise. We're two brothers who show up in person, look at the house with you, and make a real offer. Our goal isn't just to buy your house — it's to solve your problem and leave you better off than when we met.
